• Microwave – Start at 1 minute 30 seconds and adjust as needed. Microwave wattages vary so adjust heat time in 30 second increments until best setting is found
• Freezer – Place in freezer for at least 3 hours and use as you would an ice pack. Leaving the bag in the freezer for extended periods of time will not damage it
